Appeal at Moscow City Court, then a hour later starts the 3rd day of the Pussy Riot Trial with Judge Marina Syrova at Khamovnichesky Court

 

Two court sessions in two different courts on the same day Wednesday August 1st. At 11:00 Moscow City Court the defense is appeal to the court to allow them access to the Investigators report. The 2,800 page report and hours of video footage has not been available to the defense since July 9. At the time of the blocking of access to the report the defense had reported reading no more than a fraction of the 7 volume report.
